I have the cat and dog" in chairs and the dog is reading a newspaper" mug. My dear friend who recently died from aggressive brain cancer in her mid-50s bought two of your mugs: one for her to keep and one for me so we though of each other as we used it. We were closer than many sisters and best of friends for over 25 years. I asked her husband to send me her mug so the sisters could be together again outside of my heart. It arrived with the center of the handle broken out with some fine chips on each end. I have not seen this particular mug anywhere on line to replace it exactly, and besides, it wouldn't have been hers. I also need to ensure the handle is professionally reattached for reassurance of safety during use. Please accept this challenge and agree to repair the mug. No one could do it as well as you, I am sure. I am willing to pay the price of the mug new plus round trip postage if you agree. You can reach me at frogbarb30@hotmail.com.
